Cultural Activities at Nathdwara Education and Cultural Center

SHRI NATHDWARA HAVELI – MELBOURNE is a temple to transform itself into an establishment that facilitates an integration of society’s Religious, Spiritual, Social and Cultural needs of the time. Keeping up with the changing world, it has evolved into an institution bridging the gap between the diverse needs of the Hindu community settled in Melbourne, Australia.

To bring together the Hindu Youth, to educate them about the Indian heritage and to pass on to them the traditional value system of India, SHRI NATHDWARA HAVELI – MELBOURNE have introduced Baal Pushti & Kishor Pusti (Children’s School), classes on which children can benefit from the knowledge about the Pushtimarg way of life and devotion to Shrinathji.

Both parents and Children have overwhelmingly supported the Baal Pushti Classes since its launch by P.P. 108 Shri Dwarkeshlalji Mahodayshri (Kadi-Amdavad) during his visit to Melbourne in Mid-May 2011. These classes are expected to encourage and enhance the children’s interest in Pushtimarg as well the Indian culture in a fun-filled environment.

Mission Statement: Baal Pushti & Kishor Pushti is dedicated to preserving and nurturing the intellectual, spiritual and cultural development of Hindu youth by encouraging service to our community and broadening knowledge of our Indian heritage. To bring together the Hindu Youth, to educate them about the Indian heritage and to pass on to them the traditional value system of India.
